So, here we go - I write about Rock n' Roll, Technology and Sports...and whatever else interests me.
Rock n' Roll is the concoction that injects itself into your body, mind and soul and makes you understand the meaning of life. I am currently reading Life by Keith Richards; and as a life-long Rolling Stones fanatic, it is a great read.
I am also enjoying a Google Chrome extension Grooveshark, which seems to be able to pull up a lot of great music to listen to. We cannot access Pandora or Spotify in Canada, but for now, Grooveshark seem to fit the bill.
Keeping an eye on the smartphone and tablet market - right now Nexus S looks like the best of show in Canada; while the iPad 2 is eargerly awaited. Smartphone terms are awful in Canada, as the carriers insist on 3 year plans for the subsidized phones, as compared to 2 years Stateside.
As for sports; well we are hopeful that the Habs can make a decent run in the playoffs this year - Carey Price is a definite Vezina Trophy candidate; and you cannot win the Cup without someone of that calibre. Although maybe the BlackHawks disproved that last year.
